Castello Design Build partnered with award winning designer Katie LeClercq to overhaul the upstairs bedroom and bath of this Magnolia Tudor. The clients were so happy with our work, they hired us again for the basement, this time for design construction. We implemented a new layout to improve everyday flow, adding a bathroom, two bedrooms, den, laundry room, and plentiful built-in storage.
